PURCHASING LOTTERY ENTRIES: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase: 1 ticket for $10, 5 tickets for $20, 25 tickets for $50 and 100 for $100. Sales will begin October 4, 2023 and end at 2:45pm November 15, 2023.

NUMBER OF LOTTERY TICKETS: There is a maximum of 350,000 tickets to be sold with a maximum value of ticket sales of $350,000

DRAWS: The draws will take place at the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Foundation. 420 22nd Street East Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Grand Prize Draws at 3:00pm November 15, 2023.

The winner will be contacted by telephone per the information they submitted at time of online purchase. The winning ticket number will also be posted online at https://schoolswintwice.ca/

The winning ticket is drawn electronically by random number generator approved by SLGA.

The winner will have 365 calendar days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prize goes unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA in accordance with Section 13(d) of the SLGA’s Terms and Conditions.

DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). Sponsor’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Lottery under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Sponsor’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must claim the prize by the deadline specified above. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification to claim the prize. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Sponsor. Sponsor has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that The Sponsor and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.

For the 50/50 lottery, there is a maximum of 500,000 tickets available to be sold.
Maximum value of ticket sales is $500,000 with a maximum prize payout of $250,000.
For the prize lottery, there is a maximum of 350,000 tickets to be sold with a maximum value of ticket sales of $350,000.
